Terms of Service

These terms govern use of https://pcbx.ai (the rscircuit Team Platform). By signing in or using the service you agree to them. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

1. The service

pcbx is a collaboration workbench for hardware teams: accounts, projects, reviews, jobs, and optional GitHub repository ingest. Native board compilation (rsci) does not run in the browser isolate; jobs may run on configured runners. The public site is a dogfood / staging-grade deployment unless we say otherwise in writing.

2. Accounts

You sign in with GitHub OAuth and, when enabled, Google OAuth. You must keep the connected identity provider account under your control. You are responsible for activity under your session. Do not share session cookies.

3. Acceptable use

Do not probe, disrupt, or overload the service except through documented interfaces. Do not use the service to distribute malware, to infringe others’ rights, or to process data you are not allowed to process (including export-controlled designs if you lack authorization). Do not attempt to extract another user’s OAuth tokens or session.

4. Your content

You retain rights in designs, repositories, and files you upload or bind. You grant pcbx a limited license to host, process, display, and run jobs on that content solely to provide the service to you and your project members. You represent that you have the right to bind a GitHub repository and to grant that license.

5. Third parties

Sign-in uses GitHub and may use Google. Hosting uses Cloudflare. Their terms apply to their services. We are not those companies. OAuth consent screens are controlled by GitHub/Google; revoke access in their account settings.

6. Availability and warranty

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular production release, or that ingest/jobs will succeed. Back up canonical design files in Git. pcbx is not a substitute for your own configuration management.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, pcbx and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost designs, delayed fabrication, or lost profits arising from use of the service. If a jurisdiction does not allow a limitation, it applies only to the extent allowed.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, legal risk, or non-payment if billing is introduced. Upon deletion we will remove or de-identify personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, except where we must retain records.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version at https://pcbx.ai/terms. Material changes will update the date on that page.
